THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF HAITI'S ARMED FORCES.
HAITI'S MILITARY BRANCH: Is It A Possibility?
By Wilgeens Rosenberg
http://www.HispanolanoYoSoy.skyrock.com/

The regular Haitian Armed Forces (FADH) - Army, Navy, and Air Force - have been demobilized but still exist on paper until or unless they are constitutionally abolished which by law it has not. Yes indeed, Haiti's Military Branch is quite a formidable possibility and as it always shall...

Thus Haiti may very well soon has a Military Force which to my knowledge is in progress via the recruitment of the Police Force system which will later be divided when and once the maximum capacity is reached for the Police Force in Haiti as well as when the very bare minimum number is reached for a feasible substantial amount for an Army in Haiti through that very same system that is being used for the present Haitian Police Force.

However, most of that possibility of an Armed Forces in Haiti depends on the level of confidence and competence of those Police members. The MINUSTAH's role and UN/NATO mission does not constitute in Agendum the training and establishment of an Armed Forces in Haiti since they are peace keepers and not indeed a direct Military invading force of a specific Nation. In explanation of the complexity of the politics of things, to explain why the United States of American Armed Forces managed to have left soon enough so that this did not become their mission simply because eventually it would have been. But also, to would have had this being their mission, it would have had to be consisted of them having been or being directly the force that discontinued the existence of the Haitian Armed Forces which they were not.

The legitimacy of it all is that, it was done by the implementation of an actual act of a Constitutionally Democratically elected official president thus Jean-Bertrand Aristide whom as head of State and Commander In Chief of the Nation that he may have had a sense of legal responsibility to do if he had deemed so that this Force which many may already know was corrupted and represented a National Threat to the Country of his Presidency in whole which were the known patterns for that Armed Force in Haiti to routinely have done so in may occasions they have been part of most if not all of the Coups in Haiti.

So the re-establishment of an Armed Forces in Haiti would have to be a well concise thought out process as well as its support financially would have to be well planed out as to consider all economical ramifications of that possibility, positive and negative ones. The amount of strategy it would require is devastatingly challenging as clearly and understandably it is not an easy task and project that perhaps Haiti may want to start getting engaged into for now if the Country itself has not amass any prospects of respectable of margin of gains economically and since the politics of the political aspects of things in Haiti have not improved much if at all.

The Governmental challenges and incompetencies of both the Executive and Parliament or Legislative Branch lack great fundamental cohesion as well as the corruptive mantra of bad politics being practiced in the Country in whole renders most of that possibility of re-establishing the Haitian Armed Forces a dire challenge or notion to conceive at this time.

Never or nonetheless, Haiti as indeed a Sovereign Independent Nation deserves every shot at this if that was to be part of the ambitions and goals of Haiti's politicians and lawmakers one day for Haiti; yes, it is quite a possibility.

WHERE DO YOU STAND? YES YOU, WHAT CAN YOU DO TO CHANGE THE CURRENT ILL SITUATION?

WHERE DO YOU STAND ON HISPANIOLA?
In helping Haiti And The Dominican Republic That Is.
By Wilgeens "HispanolanoYoSoy" Rosenberg

* Claim that I am confused; accept or deny me all you all may. Be it that you are Haitian, Dominican or whatever. Your playing small does not help the World, much less "Hispaniola" in whole or the Haitian and Dominican Republic separately .

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
" -- Marianne Williamson.

Therefore I know me, who and what I am and always will be all that I am; thus I know self. This is the Code I live by and this is the letter I write to myself and what I truly know and believe :

Your Honorable,

Nothing, and I do mean nothing is free. Not even the air one breathes, only Integrity is free. For there is a consequence and price for all. Your will or determination, thus most importantly Integrity is the only things that keeps one in the grace of honor thus when standing tall and of course helps you get up after every great fall.

Honor alone without Integrity is a liability and proven useless. For it is Integrity which keeps your honor balanced and open your eyes to understand the mistakes one has made and to consciously realize never again they will come to be given of which one has experienced such mistakes with Integrity. Pride by itself is ignorance without Integrity. Only with Integrity one may ever come to admit his or her flaws and confront obstacles and challenges with bravery that indicates where he or she has stood right or wrong where ruse itself may try to prevail yet may not and never triumph as long Integrity does exist. As many would and should rather die with Integrity a million times than to die without it.

For above all Integrity keeps hopes and dreams prosper and defeat Hatred's secrets that hate itself has never told. Integrity is your friend and best peer, so embrace it. For it is strong, loving, honest and bold and its work shall never end as long as one has it by their sides.

Your best friend and always,

Integrity.

PS: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE YESTERDAY, WHAT ARE DOING TODAY, WHAT CAN AND WILL YOU DO TOMORROW TO HELP HAITI, DR OR HISPANIOLA?

WHAT IS YOUR PLAN FOR HAITI: It Is Time For Actions.
This Time, No Could haves, Should Haves And Would Haves.
By Wilgeens Rosenberg

Tell me if this is not the easiest question yet the hardest for any Haitians to answer. Yet the blame games continues, the playing victims and hiding behind excuses why they cannot take the road to self-sufficiency persist.

Still no Haitians have answered this simple question that is not a math question, or rocket science nor does it require any kind of intellectual brain cells to answer it. You go to many other sites, even Haitian blogging site like http://www.PrevalHaiti.com and http://www.DominicanToday.com that many Haitian frequent thinking the site is actually being monitored by Preval or his staffs of some sort, it is still just a basic question that many Haitians find so difficult to answer. One wonders why and how so...?

Haiti is going through a crisis and has been for decades. Every Haitians claim they would like Haiti to change as though the land itself is a being that would up and change itself in a blink of an eye. We have many Haitians that are good for only words and they will post all kinds of "opinions, views and ideas" as well as many kinds "suggestions, recommendation and criticisms. " Yet, the one question remains and no a single Haitians can answer it without trying to evade, elude and derail from it by bashing and constantly change the subject. All in efforts to always leave this measly ordinary question unanswered because they know individually not one of them has a plan, a dream or passion to try to change Haiti. If only the words of JFK would mean something in Haiti. Can Haitians ever resonate with these words "Ask not your Country can do for you, but rather what you can do for your Country." What are beautiful words to hope will be heard in Haiti one day. Unfortunately, somebody is going to have a problem with this post and tarnish it with their ignorance and stupidity way off the purpose of this thread and that basic question.

Yet you will surf all kinds of blogs and you will see debates, disputes and false pretenses of dialogues of so called those who think they are savvy Haitians speculating all kinds of talks with no actions and endeavors for Haiti truly. Let us see who will step up to the challenge of this simple and basic question which should have been banal of every Haitians to keep asking each other each day.

The question was and still remains: This time with a video clip to regress on:

POLITICAL GREED AND POWER ARE HAITI'S THUMBSCREWS.

IF THE HYPOCRISY FITS, MAY AS WELL WEAR THE BLAME.
United States And The Internationals This Time Should Not Acquit Before Repair.
By Wilgeens Rosenberg
http://www.HispanolanoYoSoy.skyrock.com/

Washington, thus the United States, deserves a great share of the blame for Haiti's political crisis. Here is why and how, and it starts with a very basic simple notion of the forty-eight laws of power tactic. http://www.failinghaiti.com/preview.html In Haiti's case, the eleventh and twelfth law of power are what Haiti need to stop being a victim to from foreign sources.

When building a Country's Fundamental, foundations must be first established. Some foundation fundamental processes are visible and some clearly are not. Nevertheless and as expected, the deeper the wounds of a unstable Country the more complex the feasible solution may be and the longer it may require to achieve a respectable level of political integrity in such Country thus in this case Haiti which has not been a Democratically oriented system in decades and perhaps never was. Too many Trojan horses has caused and is causing Haiti to fall into the great suspended terrors that have became part of the Haitian experience created by those supposedly Perfect Courtiers exploiting Haiti's Weakness and they are playing on Haiti's need for the perfect last blow and kill as Haiti has not disdain itself from the things we do not need and cannot have given under the circumstances how it has gotten its Independence were never to the likings of its suppressors and oppressors who are still externally enslaving and silently colonizing Haiti because Haiti has not learned to despise the free lunches. Most donated given aides are either trickeries or hidden obligations.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZiVYVoy8QA

The U.S in their promotion campaign around the world have always had an hypocritical twist as to where they focus their determination for such Democracy to succeed and most importantly it is rather about who can afford it since to the Unites States it has always been an investment matter than it ever has been a moral one period. Their level of obligations to see democracy succeed anywhere they have intervene exist only when and where there is profitable interests to gain. Once again, in Haiti's case natural resources such as oil, much of gold among other resources is greatly lacking, thus Haiti's dependency on the United states to successfully become democratically prosperous is bound to no eventuality prospects to ever really happen in Haiti especially given Haiti is a black Country which most of the other European descendent Countries hold great resentments toward such a Nations such as Haiti which goes back from their not recognizing Haiti to intentional pledged vows to make sure a black independent black republic such as Haiti sees its demise that it is facing today.

The International bodies undeniably have always been contributing to Haiti's plight for centuries and decades and now more so than ever having always been the imposing divisive and quite influential corruptive particles of Haiti's political management and yes the dignity and integrity of the Haitian politicians are always in question given they have always allowed the manipulation of the of Foreign particles to lure them astray which seems to always geared toward taking Haiti away from its path to ever become a self-sufficient nation. Providing much of all evidence within the Haitian political arena, there have been compelling proof of the U.S involvements at the highest level of the US Government in inciting instability in Haiti from funding, providing and supporting criminal gangs, corrupted police members and rebel groups to uprise against Haitian Governments as well as having done before of always putting many Haitian Governments under many political pressure to make certain decision which never benefit Haiti and its people thus always feeding the International Committee purpose at keeping the Nation of Haiti at a destabilizing status and State.

For a prime example, the US-created and supported political opposition called the Democratic Convergence. When the Convergence formed its own parallel government, Washington rewarded that coalition by treating those law breakers as equal to the Haiti's president, Jean-Bertrand Aristide. While many Haitians may not favor Aristide but Governmental fundamental Foundations could have started with him and believe and accept it or not, he was succeeding at least ideologically and systematically instilling such a prospect, but it was not visible to eyes of many given the level of impatience of the Haitian people, the lack of participation of the Haitian elite and private sectors as well as Haiti's already deteriorating State of corruptive and foreign manipulative based Governance. Can the United States imagine Al Gore forming his own government because he did not like the result of the 2000 presidential election? Take a look at Mc Cain's hypocritical flip flopping stances on these videos with poor Countries and oil having Countries:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPyKpcivQYQ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=palbo-ilalU

Especially the Bush administration's policy on and toward Haiti have surely led Haiti toward this level of Political jeopardy that it is at now and facing today which has been miserably a US failure of Democracy in Haiti because it is based on a fundamental dislike of Mr. Aristide rather than on the interest of stability in the region itself like the US is adamant at seeing a success for in Iraq.

Thus I have left with you all these clips of videos above to see for yourself the hypocrisy that exists in the plights Haiti and it is facing today and where much of the blames lie. If the clips are no playing, click on the links themselves. So,what Haiti is facing today partly, partly who is to blame many of us are asking...?

"Hispaniola”

AN ECONOMICALLY STABLE HAITI AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
"A Better Hispaniola"

http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/wp/2007/wp0763.pdf
By Wilgeens Rosenberg

INDEED, AN ECONOMICALLY AND POLITICALLY STABLE HAITI WILL STEAM GREATER RELATIONS WITH THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND THE OTHER LATIN COUNTRIES WILL FOLLOW SUIT.

There are reasons for one to feel good about the prospect of the future for both nations because they will soon have to reach a common understanding and ground to function. Hoping for such a co-existing reconciliation to be more positive and productive than negative in the future to help stop the blaming game.

As many may know, in light of any economical challenges any country may face, social differences and challenges arise in effort to shift blames which is understandably no more than what it is known and referred to as a basic human reaction emotion called PANIC.

"The Dominican Republic and Haiti share the island of Hispaniola and are broadly similar in terms of geography and historical institutions, yet their growth performance has diverged remarkably. The countries had the same per capita real GDP in 1960 but, by 2005, the Dominican Republic's per capita real GDP had tripled whereas that of Haiti had halved."

Many individuals who are of both Dominican and Haitian mix are wishing that they could be proud to say one day, any day, that both of what they are surely are the best of worlds one can ever wish to be a part of.

In retrospect to the lack of respect that many may have toward creole and the dynamic of the Island itself as a whole, one thing is to be said: When and where else, but in HIspaniola, in the history of any civilizations in this known World has it taken a civilization less than 100 years to become two free independent Nations as well as for one nation to invent and finest a new language? Much more or less after severals European conquering Colonizations to have had any expectations that independence and a new language would have come from an only third generation group of slaves or people of color. Now if that is not a uniquely phenomenal matter, nothing else is. Know this, that this is something exceptionally remarkable and for the Haitians, Dominicans and people of color all over the world to be proud of and walk with their heads up high. Haiti and the Dominican Republic which share this great Island have been through so much together and separately. Yet, though lacking the prosperity of certain advanced Countries, they were still able to accomplish this much and have come this far... surely and unmistakably they can overcome any traverses present now. That one must strongly believe!!!

Like it, accept and deny it or not, as it once has been said before. Without any doubts that perhaps there would or could have been a different kind of Dominican Republic, if at all; and indeed a different kind of USA to include Louisiana, Georgia and Chicago as well as would it be so for Venezuela, Columbia, Ecuador and many more other Latin-American Countries had there not ever been a Haiti.

Indeed, it is quite understandable if any now advanced Countries or any resentful former colonizing imperialists would fear such a bliss as this, that of... "Hispaniola”

AN ISLAND TWO WORLDS APART: IS RECONCILIATION A POSSIBILITY?

SEEING HOPE THROUGH THE HARSHNESS OF SOCIAL DIFFERENCES.
A Haitian And Dominican Affair For Hispaniola.
By Wilgeens Rosenberg

Amidst the strong vulgarity and negativity of many statements from the Dominican Republic by Dominicans which many Haitians find quite alarming and condescending. Given the strong history and past resentments, surely on both sides many must hope there will still be room for reconciliation.

Yet, suppose what both people from either Nations are really trying to say and perhaps lack the skills to do so appropriately and educatedly is that: The one assurable way for Haiti toward self respect and proper recognition in the world is to try to become more self-sufficient in doing their best to improve economically, politically thus would eventually and adjustably improve the Country and the whole Island socially.

By all means, no matter what one's sentiments may be about either Haiti, the Dominican Republic or the whole Island put together, One or many may totally agree and believe that there are many things that both Nations need to be doing for a better prosperous HISPANIOLA / HISPANOLA.

Good or bad today, there perhaps would have had and would have been a totally different, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador and even a United States, to separately include Louisiana, Georgia and Chicago had there not been a Haiti.

********************************
QUICK PERSONAL ANALYSIS AND FACTS:

It kills many Haitian people... when they read comments like these from certain blogs and the news media. It devastates many when seeing how both Dominicans and Haitians are allowing themselves to buy into the false notions and differences that White Europeans have succeeded at implanting in their minds. http://www.dominicantoday.com/dr/local/2008/4/14/27643/Dominican-government-trusts-Preval-to-restore-Haitis-calm/comment-posted#comments-note And anyone may relatively or un-relatively; direct or indirect differ from accepting this fact, given that they are entitled to chose each and their own identity as they so chose to do so depending on what the feel more close to comfortable to appreciate most persosnally.

What makes a Dominican?

A Dominican, without excluding the Taino factor, is simply a mulatto. Which means, a mixture of a former African slave and a White European. The romanticize notion that they want to claim more Taino Natives in the equation is simply an illusion to demeaning their African side of ancestry. By saying White Europeans, that goes for France, Spain, Great Britain and Portugal and many more other countries on the European continent and its region.

Who were the Tainos?

The Tainos habited the entire Island of first originally named Ayiti, Quisqueya or Bohio (Boyo). Before any Europeans invasion, there is nowhere that I see it says Hispanola if not until came Christopher Columbus who, as history would tell you, massacred the Taino natives close to extinction by having killed 98% of the race. Thus any of them whom might have survived to repopulated, by today this blood would have decimated; meaning, fading indeed to a percentage closer to being a non-existent of a mixture. Understandably a fact, the Island was renamed or given a new name, "Hispanola."

Now If Dominicans want to go that far back to claim anything else that would mention Tainos, basically they are saying they are Ayitianos, Quesqueyans, or Bohioans (Boyo) thus would contradict their hatred and bitter resentments for Haitians. So let us say the whole Island is called Hispanola, thus that would make the habitants of the Island Hispanolanos, would it not? Of course yes.

Because let us take Israel and Palestine for example. Can either of them denounce or claim not being both Middle Eastern or Mediterrainians despite their differences and current conflicts? Of Course not.

So what is a Haitian?

A Haitian is an Afro-Latino, much like you have Afro-American. Why? Well the region is called what... Yes, Latin-America. The Island is called what... Oh yeah, Hispanola which before anything else it was called Ayiti, Quisqueya or Bohio (Boyo). Mostly the Afro part is because of the African ancestry and Latino part is due to and given:

1) The region (Geographically).
2) The language.
3) The linked history, (The culture of the Island itself in whole).

However, many know a lot of Dominicans or Haitians from both side who do not like to read and do researches to even check this link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afro-Latin_American It is believed that there are those languages which constitute one to be latino as it states they are called the languages of Romance. Not as in Romantic, but as of in Rome because they spoke Latin. Those language are French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Creole or any dialects derived from any of those above specific strong latin derivatives .

Anyways to conclude, the divisive differences that exist between the two nations and their peoples are due to strong past resentments given their History which race has always played a major role in.

The Dominican Republic even after the Haitian two ruling occupations of their side of the island and several attempts after that; Their country was ruled by two Haitian Decent Presidents known in their Country's presidential history.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulises_Heureaux He was born in Puerto Plata, but farher was Haitian and his mother was from St. Thomas. He served 3 presidential terms. Obviously he was assassinated.Uhmm, I wonder why...?

Also then, there was http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedro_Santana who was born in Hincha, now Hinche,Haiti. The first constitutional president of the Dominican Republic the only to have successfully separate the Dominican Republic from Haiti.
